Investigation clears TABC agents in deadly shooting
An internal investigation has cleared two Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission agents of any wrong-doing in the deadly shooting of an Austin man. Steven Lunt, 25, was shot on August 18, 2009 when investigators say he tried to run over the agents with his pickup truck. Pentagon shooting suspect arrested in Reno with pink pot pipe and 2.6 ounces of marijuana
