Eddie Munster Actor Lands in Rehab for Drugs & Alcohol
Butch Patrick’s agent says the former child star of the classic sitcom “The Munsters” is being treated for drug and alcohol addiction at a New Jersey rehab. Patrick, 57, played Eddie Munster on the iconic 1960s show. He checked into an undisclosed facility “to deal with a lifetime problem of substance abuse,” his agent, Jodi Ritzen, told People.com Thursday.
