Take the cars away from all alcoholics
Something much more severe has to take place than the current punishment for DUI. Any alcoholic will drive drunk no matter what, license, no license, etc. We will not get them off the road as long as they can get behind the wheel of an automobile and start it. We have to remove this possibility.
