If you have ever thought of trying crystal-meth, or think you have a problem with the drug- this book is essential reading. I was a crystal meth addict for 5 1/2 years. I’ve been to rehab, NA meetings, counseling etc. and always relapsed. I found that you cannot quit until you are really ready to quit for yourself. This book has everything you need to do so. Dr. Lee’s book is non-judgemental and very accurate in explaining meth’s appeals and consequences. This book is helping me stay clean right now, and i recommend it to anyone who is an addict or has a family member or friend who is an addict.

My son is currently spending time in a correctional facility…for the 2nd time. All related to this horrible drug. I sent him this book a week or so ago and he’s so amazed how right on the book is to his feelings and experiences. He tells me he’s taking his time, working through the exercises and feels inspired that this book will help him through his road to recovery. I’m going to buy a copy for me so that I can better understand it’s effects.

This book is the most informative and helpful I have read so far as a clinician helping men overcome Crystal Meth Addiction. Dr. Lee explains other conditions that the drug can mask, exacerbate or create such as Depression, ADHD, and sexual addiction. He compassionately explains all of these problems and how they interact with the drug. A highly recommended read!
